This is a custom catio valued at $15,000. The exact size and scope will vary based on your home, material preferences, and design specification. Our process begins with a phone consultation, followed by the creation of a 3D-rendered design, and then concludes with the construction of your dream catio at your home! 

The client must contact us directly within 12 months of winning the auction. Once we hear from the client, the project will take approximately 3–6 months to complete. Failure to contact us within the 12 month time frame will result in the loss of this item.

Note: Cat Topia had to keep a minimum margin for their efforts, so $10,000 of the winning bid goes toward their efforts and any profit over $10,000 comes back to POA!!
